I recently bumped into a program called “Six Steps To Sleep” than was created by Peter Litchfield. This program really caught my eye and I could not help myself but to do a bit of research on it. After the research I saw that this program contains a step by step guide on how to cure insomnia in 6 steps. So let me start with my review

Before I started my research I mailed the owner of this program and asked him how his program worked. He replied back to me and offered to lend me his program for a short while so that I could have a peek into his product. What I found was quite interesting.
If you don’t already know I was also an insomniac and I used cognitive behavioral therapy to help me with my insomnia. So as you can see, I am a big fan of CBT. I don’t believe in all the nonsense on sleeping pills and all the stuff that doctors prescribe. What I saw in this program is that it teaches cognitive behavioral therapy so I was very happy about it.
This program included the following 6 steps:
This step is very important as you unconsciously send signals to your subconscious mind to get ready for sleep. The type of behaviour that you have plays a big role on your ability to sleep. That is where the behavioral aspect of CBT comes to play. Your mind cannot differentiate between what is true or false, so it believes what it is observing.
This is often a very important step that we tend to skip before getting into bed. There are so many small things in your bedroom that can play a huge role in the quality of your sleep. There were some very interesting things that I did not even know about my bedroom that were quite shocking that I had to change.
When I had insomnia, this was probably the biggest obstacle that I had to overcome. If you lie awake at night tossing and turning it can be very devastating on your life. There were some interesting facts that I saw that helped for me and when I red this it made 100% sense to me.
Our internal clock is a very important mechanism for sleeping. If you are out of sync with your internal clock you can expect to have a hard time in bed trying to fall asleep. in this course he will teach you how to reset your internal clock so that you can fall asleep effortlessly again.
For me this one was a killer. Even now I have my clock turned 180 degrees not to look at it. Here he will explain why it is so important not to look at the clock and what you can do to avoid it.
This is where the cognitive part of CBT comes to play. Here he will show you what your thought process is and how to counter it. As I said previously the subconscious mind cannot differentiate between what is true or false and it also cannot differentiate between what is good or bad for you. If you obsess over sleep, you will have a problem.
This is a legit program that gives a step by step guide on how to cure insomnia. All you have to do is to read through it and to take action. It is not a magic wand and it requires work. You have to do what he says and you will see results. The therapy I took was similar and Six Steps To Sleep is so much cheaper than some of the other products. My final rating for this product is 8.6 out of 10.
I would like to thank Peter Litchfield for allowing me to have a quick look at Six Steps To Sleep to help me with my review.
