Hack Your Sleep. Reclaim Your Nights

INSOMNIA HACKER / SLEEP RESET PROTOCOL

The 10-Minute Wind-Down Guide

Give tonight a gentler ending.

A low-pressure, printable guide for trying a repeatable 10-minute wind-down. Start with the same familiar sequence each night—without asking sleep to happen on command.

Four quiet moves. One familiar ending.

The aim is not to make sleep happen on command. The work is simply creating a familiar transition from day to night.

  1. Dim & disconnect. Lower the light, put the phone aside, and let today’s unfinished tasks close.
  2. Ease your exhale. If comfortable, breathe in for about four counts and out for about six.
  3. Notice & release. Move from feet to jaw and notice whether any area can soften.
  4. Offload tomorrow. Write what is on your mind, what can wait, and one kind sentence.

Put something simple beside your bed.

Do not solve tomorrow at 3 AM.

If you wake in the night, name the thought, name one thing that can wait, write one calm response, then return to a quiet, unforced rhythm.

Educational sleep-routine guidance; not medical advice. Persistent sleep concerns deserve individual support from a qualified clinician.
